Regardless of the scope in which a governmental and institutional travel takes place, the client’s figure is the entity around which a multitude of essential aspects revolve such as protocol, which drives the code of conduct and courtesy to be taken into account on each situation.
We understand as protocol the etiquette of diplomacy and affairs of state including all actors and official ceremonies. The etiquette, the behaviour and even the culture are characteristics that must be known beforehand in order to carry out a satisfactory event or international relation.
Therefore, we need to underscore the strong solemnity implied by the protocol in events or meetings attended by GITT clients in order to act consequently.
